I am giving away my copy of Kent Haruf’s Benediction (see review here). Set in a small town in Colorado, this deceptively simple novel, which reminds me of the novels of Willa Cather, is the story of Dad Lewis, who is dying of cancer, his devoted wife and daughter, and friends and neighbors who help out and make the last summer bearable.
I very much enjoyed this, and would be happy to pass it on to someone.
